Self-Collections

As an online-exclusive platform, we want to clarify that at this time, we do not offer the option for self-collection of orders. We understand the convenience that self-collection can offer, however, to ensure the efficiency and smooth processing of orders within our streamlined online system, we have focused our efforts on providing direct and prompt delivery to your specified address.

Deliveries

• Delivery the following day with normal delivery timing and a delivery fee is chargeable based on order value.

• Delivery within 2 hours, an ***urgent delivery fee is chargeable for any value of order.

• Disposable wares are not included and can be purchased here.

Delivery Timing

• Normal day delivery timing is between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

• Sunday and Public Holiday delivery is between 7am to 7pm, with *surcharge apply.

• If you require an **odd hour delivery out of the normal delivery timing, it is subjected to availability with an additional surcharge, please reach out to us via email at sales@bitesnpieces.sg

Delivery Fees
 

• Normal delivery - $12.00 delivery fee for all orders.

• *Sunday and Public Holiday delivery - $20.00 delivery fee is applicable for order value less than $100, Complimentary delivery extended for order value more than $100 (other surcharges applies).

• For delivery to Tuas, Sentosa and Jurong Island area, there will be an additional surcharge of $10.

• **Odd hour delivery surcharge of $50 is applicable in addition to the standard delivery charge/urgent delivery for any delivery out of normal delivery timing of 7am – 7pm.

• ***Urgent delivery surcharge - $150 delivery fee is applicable for order to be delivered within 2 hours.
